Live the questions now.
-Rilke
This work isn’t about fixing yourself or pushing harder. It’s about creating enough space to notice what needs your attention. And what might be ready to emerge.
Over 16 weeks, we’ll slow things down enough to look honestly at where you are and what’s asking for your attention.
You may be carrying too much. Wrestling with a decision or transition. Questioning a way of working or living that no longer feels sustainable.
Or you may be here because something new is beginning to take shape—an idea, a possibility, a different direction, or simply the sense that there is more you want to explore.
Together, we’ll make space for both: what may need to be put down, and what you may want to pick up.
By the end of our work together, clients often find that they:
-
have greater clarity about what matters now, and what doesn’t
-
feel more steady and less driven by urgency
-
have clearer boundaries around what is, and isn’t, theirs to carry
-
feel more connected to themselves, their relationships, and the things that give them energy
-
have more room for curiosity, creativity, and ideas that may have been pushed aside
-
feel more confident making choices about what comes next
-
are finding ways to live and lead that feel more intentional, sustainable, and alive
Not because everything around them has changed.
But because they’re paying closer attention to what is taking too much, what is giving something back, and what they want to tend from here.
Working together includes:
-
Ten 50-minute virtual sessions to be used over 4 months (First session, 90-minutes)
-
Space to stay connected between sessions by email, text, or an occasional call.
I want this work to be accessible to people doing meaningful work in the world, and not only to those with the greatest financial resources.
Resilience Rising is offered on a sliding scale.
Those who are able to invest more help make lower-cost and scholarship spaces available for frontline leaders, movement builders, and others with fewer financial resources.
I invite you to choose a rate that reflects your current circumstances, and feels like an investment in yourself without becoming another source of strain.
If you’re unsure where you fit, we can talk about it.
